A new type of efficient powder mixing equipment. The moving parts mainly include the
rotation of the material cylinder driven by the power, and the high rotation of the internal
flight blades in the material cylinder driven by the power. The rotation of the material
cylinder makes the internal materials roll up and down and flow left right, while the flight
blade assembly rotates at high speed, cutting and crushing the scattered materials, so
that the materials are mixed evenly in a short time.
The working principle of the three-dimensional mixer is to utilize the unique three-degree
oscillation, translation rotation, and rocking principle to generate a powerful alternating
motion, continuously pushing the mixed materials, and the resulting vortex has a changing
energy gradient, thus producing excellent mixing results.
1. The high-speed flying knife can quickly and effectively disperse various agglomerated
particles and adhesive particles, and break up the floc the powder to ensure smooth mixing.
2. Each motor has only one moving part, offering high durability and ease of maintenance.
3. The material bucket and flying group are both variable-speed adjustable, allowing for
optimal mixing and crushing results by adjusting the speed according to the material
characteristics.
4. Dual timers record the total mixing and the forward and reverse rotation time of the flying
knife group.
