Working principle
The dust-free feeding station operates with precision and coordination. When feeding, the fan runs to build a negative pressure environment, and the dust generated by feeding is quickly sucked into the suction pipe and sent to the dust removal system due to the air pressure difference.
In the dust removal system, the dust containing gas enters the filter area, and the high-precision filter element intercepts the dust and only allows clean air to pass through. Dust accumulates on the surface of the filter element, in order to prevent blockage, the pulse ash cleaning device periodically releases compressed air instantaneously, the reverse air flow impacts the filter element, and shakes the accumulated dust to the dust collector for cleaning.
In terms of material transportation, the unloading bin undertakes the material, and sends the material smoothly and quantitatively to the subsequent process according to the production process, by gravity or screw, belt conveyor, etc., to ensure the smooth flow of the material, maintain dust-free throughout the process, and achieve efficient and clean feeding.
