Introduction
Vibrating Sieve Shale Shaker Screen Washing Screening Machinery is a kind of new and efficient sieving equipment, which bears a linear track of its screen-box movement. The probability screen has an almost perfect performance because of its totally novel concept of design and its unique structure and screening fundamentals so that there lays an extensive prospect for its application.
Working Principle and Application
Mechanical rock ore vibration screen sieve with mesh easy replacement mainly consists of the eccentric block vibrator, screen box, motor, and supportive device.
Through the flexible coupling, the motor drives the eccentric block of the vibrator at high rotary speed, generating the centrifugal force, and then causing the screen box did circular movement by the amplitude. After that, the materials in the slope screen surface will be cast continuously by the force generated from the screen box, then realizes the purpose of classifying.
Linear vibrating screen is widely used in mining, coal, refractories, metallurgy, building materials and other industries.It is usually used for the screening and grading materials in large, middle and small particles.
