Stainless Steel High Frequency Vibrating Filter Sieve for Ceramic Glazes is widely used in dry-wet filter, grading and dewatering of various materials in ceramics, chemical industry, brick making, food, pharmacy, chemical fertilizer and papermaking. For fine-grading operations in the grinding process of the concentrator, under the condition of the appropriate feed concentration, feed size (1-200 mesh size), and the difference between particle size and feed size less than 30% of the high-frequency screen, the screening efficiency is more than 70%.
Due to the high-efficiency, it can greatly reduce the circulating load and the qualified grain size content on the sieve, thereby improving the processing capacity of the sifter (generally being improved 5-10%). The sieving process controls the particle size strictly under the sieve, and eliminates the adverse effect of the coarse ore on the fine ore; slurry, under high-frequency vibration of small amplitude of the screen surface, has the function of stratification according to density, high-density small particles easy to sink to the screen surface and through the screen, which can significantly improve the quality of the material under the screen.
