Operation Environment of Primary Crushing Equipment Jaw Crusher:
In the process of crushing huge stone into small pieces, the first crusher is usually called "Primary Crusher". With the longest history, the most strong crusher is jaw crusher.
When feeding the jaw crusher, material from the top entrance into the crushing chamber containing jaw teeth. With great force, jaw teeth forces material into the chamber wall, crushing it into smaller pieces. It is the eccentric shaft that supports jaw teeth movement. This shaft goes through the crusher body and frame.
Eccentric motion is usually produced by the flywheel fixed on both sides of the shaft. Flywheel and eccentric support bearing often adopt spherical roller bearing. Bearing working environment is very demanding.The bearings must bear the huge impact load, abrasion sewage and high temperature.Although the work environment is very demanding, jaw crusher still work reliably, which is the key to guarantee the production efficiency.
Working Principle of Primary Crushing Equipment Jaw Crusher:
Jaw crusher is mainly composed of frame, eccentric shaft, big pulley, flywheel, motive jaw, side guard plate, bracket, bracket back seat, adjustable gap screw, reset spring, fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate etc. And the bracket also plays a role of insurance.
This series of jaw crusher broken way is curvilinear extruded type. Motor drive belt and pulley let the motive jaw move up and down through eccentric shaft.
When the moving jaw rises, the angle between bracket and motive jaw become larger, pushing the motive jaw plate close to the fixed jaw plate.At the same time, the material is extruded, twisting, grinding and other multiple crushing.
When the moving jaw rises, the angle between bracket and motive jaw become smaller. Under the action of pull rod and spring, the moving jaw leaves the fixed jaw plate. At this point, the crushing material discharge from the crushing cavity mouth. With the motor turns continuously, the crusher motive jaw does periodic crushing and discharging movement, realizing the batch production.
