Introduction of Rotary Trommel Screen Drum Machine for Refractory Materials:
As a professional screening equipment, the rotary trommel drum screens have been accepted by customers, and have been fully utilized in power generation, mining, coal and other industries. The shaftless trommel screen transmission method is divided into chain type and gear type transmission. And the most traditional way is the chain type transmission.
Trommel screens are relatively cheaper to produce than vibrating screen machine. They are vibration free which causes less noise than vibrating screens. Trommel screens are more mechanically robust than vibrating screens allowing it to last longer under mechanical stress.

Trommel screen has wide range of sizes and capacities. It is a mechanical rotary screening machine used to separate materials. This sieve machine consists of a perforated cylindrical drum that is normally elevated at an angle at the feed end, motor, reduction unit, screen frame and sealing cover. When materials flow towards along the inclined rotating drum, materials jump and roll. The undersized material smaller than the screen apertures passes through the screen, while the oversized material exits at the other end of the drum.
