The Horizontal Airflow Centrifugal Rotary Sifter Screen for Vital Wheat Gluten is highly effective at sifting, scalping and de-agglomerating of fines or micro powder. We offer a broad range of models and configurations to screen your particular material with superior efficiency. It is a non-vibratory screening machine.
This airflow screen can be also called rotary sifter, centrifugal sifter, turbo sieve, rotary screen, airflow screen, airflow centrifugal sifter, centrifugal screener, centrifugal powder sifter, centrifugal sieve, airflow sieve, horizontal airflow screen, cyclone sieve, air classifier etc.
Working Principle of Horizontal Airflow Centrifugal Rotary Sifter Screen for Vital Wheat Gluten:
The cylinder screen mesh of this centrifugal sifter screens is placed inside the machine. The materials enter the net tube with airflow mixed and atomized after passing the screw conveying system; some of the materials are sprayed through the net and discharged from the fine stuff portal by the centrifugal force and cyclone propelling power, which are caused by the rotor vane inside the net tube. Other materials which cannot cross the net, are discharged from the rough stuff portal along the net tube wall.
