Heat Exchanger Plates
1.Stainless Steel 304/316 Heat Exchanger Plates are widely used in heating and cooling applications due to their corrosion resistance and high-temperature capabilities. These plates are designed to efficiently transfer heat between two fluids without mixing them, making them ideal for a variety of industrial and commercial processes. They are commonly used in HVAC systems, chemical processing, food and beverage production, and many other industries where precise temperature control is essential.
2. A heat exchanger plate is a device used to transfer heat between two fluids. It consists of thin plates that are stacked together with small channels for the fluids to flow through. When one fluid passes through the channels on one side of the plates and another fluid passes through the channels on the other side, heat is transferred from one fluid to the other without the fluids coming into direct contact.
3.In order to facilitate the configuration of pipes, the inlet and outlet pipes of modern plate heat exchangers are single-sided. To make full use of the entire heat exchange area, the fluid must be evenly distributed throughout the plate. For a wide plate, it must also be able to ensure even distribution. Another notable feature is the lower pressure drop, which allows more pressure drop to be used for heat transfer, thereby obtaining a higher heat transfer coefficient.
