Description:
Tamo veneer is also called tamo ash veneer, and is found extensively throughout Asia.
The colour of tamo ash veneer is straw biscuit coloured to light brown and slightly darker than that of White Ash. Tamo Burls are excellently suited for the production of very decorative veneers.
Although tamo ash veneer grain is normally straight, it can be wavy and curly, producing a 'peanut' figured wood, which is the most commonly seen type of veneer made from this specie. Tamo ash veneer can be used in the surface of furniture and interior decoration, etc.
