DESCRIPTION
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), commonly known as "non-stick coating" or "easy-to-clean materials ". This material has the characteristics of antacid and alkali resistance, resistance to various organic solvents, and is almost insoluble in all solvents. MAIN FEATURES OF PTFE

APPLICATION
has excellent comprehensive properties, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, non-stick, self-lubrication, excellent dielectric properties and very low friction coefficient. Used as engineering plastics, it can be made into polytetrafluoroethylene pipes, rods, belts, plates, films, etc. It is generally applied to corrosion-resistant pipes, containers, pumps, valves, radar, high-frequency communication equipment, radio equipment, etc. with high performance requirements. The mechanical properties of PTFE can be greatly improved by adding any filler that can withstand the sintering temperature of PTFE while maintaining other excellent properties of PTFE. The filled varieties include glass fiber, metal, metalized oxide, graphite, molybdenum disulfide, carbon fiber, polyimide, EKONOL…, etc. the wear resistance and limit PV value can be increased 1000 times.
Polytetrafluoroethylene pipes are made of suspension polymerized polytetrafluoroethylene resin through plunger extrusion processing.
