| Production Line: | The production plant of KEYE TECH is located in Simak Industrial Park, No.168 Tangkou Road, Hefei City, covering an area of 3,000 square meters and the building area is about 8,000 square meters. The company has formed a complete production system, and its production scale, equipment level, and product processing accuracy rank first in the same industry in China. It currently has an annual production capacity of 1,000 inspection equipment.
Production workshop is strictly controlled in accordance with the requirements of modern lean production management. The production workshop is divided into 6 areas: finishing area, sheet metal area, assembly area, testing and quality inspection area, warehouse and production management office according to the production flow and parts processing process. The workshop is equipped with more than 30 advanced production equipment such as processing centers and laser cutting machines.
Finishing area is also equipped with a turning-milling composite CNC machine tool, which is mainly used for small, precise and complex parts in visual inspection equipment. It is equipped with Taiwan original gear shafts and can perform high-precision and efficient side milling, side drilling, and side tapping. It can realize the one-time forming of complex parts, greatly speeding up the research and development design and production efficiency.
The machine tool is designed with finite element method, which has the advanced level of international design, high rigidity, small thermal deformation, low spindle temperature rise, small vibration, large cutting torque, and can adapt to the characteristics of strong cutting;
