Cosmetic PET bottle embryos defect detection equipment
The defects of cosmetic PET bottle embryos are mainly caused by defects such as black spots, bubbles, impurities, overlaps, and lack of materials in the production process due to the incomplete production technology and mechanized production line. PET bottle embryos are part of the production of cosmetics. It is mainly processed by injection molding. Before it is made into a finished product, it must undergo strict product appearance detection. Through equipment detection, problems in production can be found in time, and it will play a role in reminding to improve the quality of products and ensure the interests e will open the sample comparison standard, and the production personnel at the customer site can control the comparison accuracy and seleof consumers.
The overall equipment for PET bottle embryos defects integrates mechanical mechanisms, visual optical hardware and detection system software, defective product rejection and counting devices. The normal detection speed is 70 pieces/min. The front end of the bottle embryos detection machine is directly connected to the injection molding machine conveyor line ( The height of the conveyor line is adjustable from 960mm -1380mm) to ensure that the products enter the detection station in sequence, and the equipment can operate 7*24 hours a day, greatly improving production efficiency.
The overall detection equipment is equipped with 10 sets of high-pixel industrial cameras to comprehensively detect the appearance defects of the outer side of the bottle embryos, the opening of the embryo and the bottom of the embryo. After the system collects the sample image, the image processing software is compared with the standardized sample to determine the good product and the bad product. Good products are detected and defective products are automatically eliminated online, and the counting function can be realized after the finished product is detected, and the counting accuracy rate is 100%. The softwarct the most suitable accuracy standard for their own production conditions, thereby controlling the defect rate.
