Inspection principle
As a healthy drink, yogurt is made from milk fermented by lactic acid bacteria. Because the rigid requirement of timeliness directly affects the detection demand for packaging, many manufacturers understand that this kind of packaging is a consumable product.
On the basis of mass production, the quality of the cup itself must be guaranteed. The label of the yogurt cup body , quality certification, production batch number, production date and other aspects must be detected. For example, products with wrong date and wrong batch number need to be eliminated in time. In fact, the traditional manual detection process not only cannot guarantee the detection speed, but also the accuracy rate, there is no guarantee. Equipment overview
The detection system designed by our company this time uses a high-speed industrial camera with a high-definition industrial camera and an integral light source to collect online pictures of the detected product. The camera transmits the collected picture information of the detected product to the industrial control system, and the camera is controlled by the internal software system. The feedback picture information is analyzed and calculated to determine the appearance defects of the detected product. The equipment adopts a highly integrated detection and calculation module, which has the characteristics of compact space, convenient installation and deployment, accurate and fast detection, simple operation and easy-to-use. It can be freely matched and installed at any position in the assembly line to ensure product quality.

After a long-term accumulation of industry experience, the characteristics of a large number of real sample pictures are calibrated based on artificial intelligence deep learning, and the results are obtained by machine training. After continuous upgrading and improvement, the operation is stable and fast.
-Complete functional modules. Fully consider the functions used by the customer on-site, and reserve interfaces in the operation interface, which is convenient for adding later.
-Customers change production and replace products: if the cup shape is the same and the printing is different, only need to call up the corresponding detection template, no other operations are required; if the cup shape is different, the camera position and lens focal length need to be changed accordingly, and the software system needs to be relearned, the previous detection template all voided.
