Dairy Industry High Density Drive In Racking Channel Type 2000 Kg Max Capacity
Description:
1. Drive in rack is an independent storage system and cannot be combined with any other racking systems.
2. Upright frames should be selected on the basis of load capacity per pallet. Beams should be installed on the top of the system. Supportive arms shall be bolted with the uprights so that the guide rails can be put on the supportive arms. Pallet can be picked up by the forklift and driven into each tunnel / channel of the racking.
Q& A:
Question: Which types of storage system is better, shuttle racking or drive in rack?
- Shuttle racking system is a semi-automated storage system, while drive in rack is the conventional storage system. Both often can be used for freezers and cold stores. More labors and forklifts are needed for drive in rack. Shuttle racking can be controlled by remote control or connected to WMS or ERP.
