100Kg Per Day Electric One-step Food Waste Disposal Waste Composting Machine
The power source of fermentation system is electric energy, with low equipment cost, mature technology and low failure rate, which is more secure for later maintenance and operation. The working environment temperature of fermentation chamber is -10 ℃ ~ 40 ℃, and the temperature can be controlled within 45 ℃ ~ 75 ℃,. The constant temperature function of the equipment is realized by thermocouple device. Under the set temperature condition, the reaction temperature is controlled within the predetermined range through the start and stop of heating system and ventilation equipment.
The organic waste aerobic fermentation bin provided by our company is also known as continuous biological fermentation bin. By setting up different specification areas in the reactor and controlling different working conditions in different areas, such as temperature, humidity, oxygen supply, etc., the microorganism can be divided into different phases in the reactor, and the complex organic matter can be gradually decomposed into carbohydrates under aerobic conditions Finally, it is degraded into small molecules, such as sugar, protein, carbon dioxide and so on.
