MXCCJ-Z-2000 Features:

(1) Organic (kitchen waste) waste can be treated;

(3) Stirred fermentation, the material stacking volume in the warehouse ≮ 70% of the total volume of the fermentation warehouse; Effective volume of warehouse ≮ 9m3;
(4) The materials in the fermentation bin are turned over and ventilated through the paddle mixing device. The built-in mixing device has proper operation and maintenance, and the service life can be up to 10 years;
(5) The auxiliary thermal power of fermentation bin is heated by oil,

(7) The fermentation bin is equipped with LCD screen and automatic control interface;
(8) On line monitoring and control system for supporting transportation of fermentation bin;
(9) The material of the silo in contact with the material shall be SUS304 stainless steel, and the thickness shall not be less than 5mm.
(10) Bin heating system: it is heated by heat transfer oil, with auxiliary heat and thermal insulation functions. The temperature range can be adjusted and set as required, and has overheating protection device.
(11) The fermentation system is composed of fermentation bin, heating and insulation layer, stirring paddle in the bin, discharge port, etc. The organic waste is fully fermented in the fermentation bin, and the fermentation product is bio organic fertilizer. The working fermentation mode is equipped with manual operation and automatic operation. The main mixing reducer system is equipped with overload protection device. The ventilation of the fermentation tank can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the site conditions.
