From the perspective of mechanical shearing, the use of discontinuous Sawtooth blade double helix new type sludge mixer. The sludge modification mixer uses mechanical shearing and chemical conditioning to break the sludge wall. Combined with shear sludge thickener and mechanical belt filter press, it is helpful to directly dehydrate sludge with moisture content of 97% to 98% to below 60%, which is required by environmental protection regulations.
