Flange Type Stainless Steel 316 Air Release Valve For Sewage Water System
Descriptions:
Sewage water contains inorganic and organic substances. A sewage air release valves used in such flow media must be able to work spill free to make sure no harm liquid come out of the valve.
Features:
. Maintenance can be easily performed from the top without removing the air valve from the pipe.
. Aerokinetic mechanism to resist blow shut under higher air velocity even up to sonic velocity of air.
. No arms or levers to prevent vibrating, bending, direct closure of the float.
. To protect pumping stations of sewage main transmission lines, exposed to water hammer in case of
pump failure.
. A compact design. Short and wide body is better for installation underground.
. Fully fusion epoxy coated inside and outside of valve body for long term services.
. Manufacturing standard meets BS EN1074-4, AWWA C512
. Flange drilling and dimension meets BS EN 1092 and BS EN 558 and ANSI flange.
Functions:
Sewage Combination kinetic air release valve provide 3 functions:
1. Large air release function during fi lling of the pipeline.
2. Small air release function under pressurized pipeline.
3. Large air intake function during draining of the pipeline.
