水溶检测操作:
断膜时间:剪一块35μm厚度20cmX5cm(不含封线),1升水自行调整到25°左右,将水溶膜侵入烧杯水中5cm左右,不用碰烧杯壁,观察水溶膜在水中溶断沉底时间,溶化断落时间越快越好(35μm厚度=20秒左右,40μm厚度=30秒左右,50μm厚度=40-50秒左右).
溶解时间:剪一块厚度10cm*10cm(不含封线)薄膜,1L水自行调整到25°左右全部浸入烧杯,静止15-20S,观察水溶膜在水中软化,微分散,轻微搅拌20s左右,停止10s,观察水溶性薄膜是否有抱团,不溶物体(分叉不规则不溶物不算),热封线部位,溶化时间延长一倍. |
