Carbonated Drink Filling Machine --- Intruduction
The machine is mainly used in the beverage filling operations,The three functions of bottle washing ,filling and capping are composed in one body of the machine.The whole process is antomatic.The machines is used to fill carbonated drink in bottles made of polyester and plastics ,The machine is convenient to adjust the machine to fill various types of bottles ,The filling operation is faster and more stable due to the isobar filling operation of the new type is adopted,The output and benefit of the machine is higher than the machines with same specifications,The advanced OMRON programmed controller(PLC)is adopted to control the machine running antomatically,air conveyor system is adopted in bottle entry section and belt conveyor system is adopted in bottle exit section,which can adjust speed and coordinated with transducer of the main machine to make the operations of moving bottle forward steadily and reliably,It is convenient to operate with higher antomation due to every parts of the machine is inspected to run with photoelectric detector,The machine is idea-preferred equipment for beverage makers.
Carbonated Drink Filling Machine --- Features
1.The series equipment is used in production gas containing water of PET polyester bottle-packing carbonated beverage, such as cola, soft drinks, soda water etc.
2.It carries out washing bottle, filling and capping on one machine. The whole machine designing is reasonable. The appearance is beautiful and the maintenance is convenient.
3.It adopts bottle handing technology to make changing bottle more convenient, faster and easier. The main machine adopts advanced PLC control ,Touch screen and no-bottle, no-cap system.

Carbonated Drink Filling Machine --- Function
Washing Part
•This washing part is made up of lifting device, the main transmission device, the fixed frame, clamp device, distributor, and open clamp cams and over turn cams etc.
•Lifting device is used to adjust the height of the rotary tables and clamps of machine to adapt to the bottle height. Its power comes from the lifting lever. Lever rotates drive screw rotation to realize the rotary tables lift.
Filling Part
•Plastic bottle filling machine is specially designed according to the carbonated water feature
•The filling part is made up of main liquid pipe, rotating cylinder bearing base, filling cylinder fulcrum loop, wine or carbonated drink tank, filling valve, filling cylinder pipe, control loop device, ascending device, the distributor, height adjusting control, stimulating bubble arm, vacuum system, etc.
Capping Part
•The capping machine is made up of cap holder, capping slideway, capping upper part, capping lower part, elevating part and anti-circling column.
•After the bottle is transmitted from the filling machine, the capping nozzles have been fed with a bottle cap. The capping nozzles moves downwards the bottle under the capping platform driven by cam guideway, then the bottle cap with the aid of the damping ring.
