Series Description
Design: Electronically controlled glanded twin-head pump in in-line design with flange connection and automatic power adjustment.
Application: Pumping of heating water (acc. to VDI 2035), chilled water and water/glycol mixtures without abrasive substances in heating, chilled water and cooling systems.
Equipment/Functions
Operating Modes: Include constant differential pressure (Δp-c), variable differential pressure (Δp-v), PID control, constant speed (n = constant), manual operation level, etc.
Operation Buttons and Display: Green button and display, allowing for differential pressure setpoint setting, speed setting, operating mode setting, pump ON/OFF control, configuration of all operating parameters, and fault acknowledgement.
External Control Functions: Multiple control inputs and analogue inputs for different controls and signal transmissions.
Signal and Display Functions: With collective fault signal, collective run signal, etc.
Data Exchange: Wireless data exchange via infrared interface, and can insert IF-Modules to connect to the building automation system.
Safety Functions: Full motor protection, access disable, dual pump management (double pump or 2 x single pumps), main/standby operation (automatic fault-actuated switchover), pump cycling main/standby operation after 24 hours, parallel operation (efficiency-optimised peak-load activation and deactivation).
