Equipment Introduction
Integrated water purifier collection of flocculation, sedimentation, drainage, backwash, collection of water filtration process in essence, such as automatic operation without personnel operation can achieve monomer series of water purification device, is an important unit to realize the automation management of waterworks, combined with JY type automatic dosing device and disinfection equipment, can be a water purification station (factory) with full functions.
This series of water purification device not only has a wide range of use, good treatment effect and excellent water quality, but also consumes less water, saves power consumption, occupies a small area, saves electricity, saves water, saves labor, and saves auxiliary pumps and facilities
Application
1, suitable for water turbidity less than 3000mg/L of all kinds of rivers, rivers, lakes, reservoirs as the water source of rural, urban, industrial and mining enterprises of the water plant, as the main water treatment device.
2. Lake water source with low temperature, low turbidity and seasonal algae has its special adaptability.
3, the high pure water, beverage industry water, boiler water and other water pretreatment equipment for pre-water treatment.
4. Used in various industrial circulating water systems, it can effectively and greatly improve the quality of circulating water [2].
Working principle
The integrated water purification unit has the same purification process as the urban water supply plant. It has: coagulation tank, sedimentation tank, filter tank, water quality stabilization device, backwashing device, water pump and electrical control cabinet. The following are respectively introduced:
1. Coagulation pool: the raw water added with coagulant enters the coagulation pool from the inlet pipe and is stirred by a special mixer to make the suspended matter in the water fully contact and react with coagulant to form alum. General water purification devices use eddy current reaction to mix water and coagulant, but the effect is subject to changes in the amount of water and unstable. The water purification device is mixed with a mixer, and the effect is not affected by the change of water quantity.
2. Precipitation chamber: alum is formed after water is coagulated with coagulant, which flows to the sedimentation tank of the equipment for precipitation. Inclined pipe sedimentation method is adopted in the sedimentation tank, and solid and liquid separation is completed through trapezoidal inclined plate sedimentation chamber, and the settled sludge is discharged into the mud bucket.
3. filter tank: after the precipitation of the water flow to the filter tank filtration, filter structure: the bottom of the water pipe, the middle of the quartz sand, the upper part of the anthracite. The filtration rate is 10m/h, and finally the water is washed into the clean water tank for disinfection and drinking. The filter tank recoil cycle is about 12 hours, and the recoil time is 5-10 minutes.
