Due to the different use methods and soil conditions, the working life of rubber track also varies greatly. Generally speaking, its average life is about 2000 hours. However, when working in rock or easily worn environment, the service life will be halved; On the contrary, the working life will be doubled in a better environment. When the user checks the track and chassis, don't forget to drive again to check the oil level and cleanliness. This part is easy to be ignored, and there is usually less oil left.
The choice of working environment is as follows:
(1)The temperature of the rubber crawler is generally between -25° + 55°.
(2)The salt of chemicals, oil and seawater will accelerate the aging of the track. In such an environment, the track should be cleaned frequently.
(3)The road surface with sharp protrusions (such as steel bars, stones, etc.) can damage the rubber track.
(4)The edge stone, rut or uneven road surface of the road will cause cracks on the ground side pattern of the track edge. This crack can continue to be used without injuring the steel cord.
(5)Gravel and gravel pavement will cause early wear of the rubber surface in contact with the load-bearing wheel to form a small crack. Severe moisture will invade, causing the core iron to fall off and the steel wire to break.
