Extra Safety Wind Tower Spray Painting Used Turning Roll With Motorized Trolley

Brief introduction:

HGKP series turning roll are specially designed & used for wind tube tower spray painting, with extra safety feature & human oriented configuration. 

Feature of  spray painting used turning roll:

• Special explosion-proof motor is used instead of normal motor, fully considering the dust explosive severe working condition;
   
• IP54 ingress protection control box with extra out cover for electrics completely protection;
   
• With extra seal outside the roller to protect the bearing etc motion mechanical parts to well fit for the spray painting working condition;
   
• Power roller is with dual-motor driven on both rollers, provide more strength & synchronized driving moment;  
   
• Roller base is with motorized trolley traveling on the rail. The tube tower in/out painting room would be more flexible & easier for operation. 
   
• Remote control panel make it possible to control the equipment outside of the painting room. wire or wireless pendant control optional.

• The turning roll is mainly comprise of power unit, idler unit, electric control box and hand control panel.
   
• The roller wheel is steel wheel with channel suitable for flange clamper; 
   
• Variable frequency driving system satisfy with the various speed adjustment requirement.

Except of the guaranty period,technical advisory support is available freely covering the whole using life of the machine. Engineer service on user premises is also available for necessary.
