Brief introduction:

• Safety work load 40t/pair(1power & 1idler) self alignment welding rotator with electric traverse cart & anti-drift device. 

Feature:
 

• Wheel rotation is directly drive via gearbox & motor, instead of gear transmission, which improve welding quality & effectively prevent welding defect.
   
• Mechanical anti-drift attachment installed at side of the cradle structure, prevent tank creeping during rotating. 
   
• Self aligned cradle structure with 4wheels of each rotator, more balance loading compare with 2pcs wheels of conventional welding roller beds.
   
• Polyurethane wheel absorbing shocking during section loading, protect section surface, avoid slipping during rotation.

• Self alignment welding rotator is composed by power rotator, idler rotator & electric control system. 
   
• Power rotator is composed by basement, wheel seat, cradle structure, motorized trolley & control cabinet installed on rack attached on the basement.
   
• Idler rotator is composed by basement, wheel seat, cradle structure & idle trolley system.
   
• Wheel drive is using motor-gearbox-wheel directly drive transmission, instead of gear transmission.
   
• Wireless remote controller.
