Brief introduction:

• Cantilever welding manipulator suitalbe for tubular job diameter range 1m~4m 
   
• Using for outer circule seam automatic SAW welding

Description

• The cantilever welding manipulator is composed by standing column, working platform, lifting mechanism, electric control system, motorized trolley, SAW welding system and so on. 
   
• Standing column is made with high quality steel with high strength & enough rigidity
   
• Working platform is the main zone bearing welding system, flux recovery system. Anti-slip floor laying on the surface to protect welder from slipping. 
   
• The cantilever welding manipulator lifitng is driven by motor via gear box, chain sprocket transmission. Counterweight at middel of the standing column to decrease the lifting mechanism loading & maintain the whole strcuture balance. 
   
• Trolley under the standing column to take the whole structure mobile on the rail
   
• Welding head with cross slider to align the welding seam.

• Pendant controller integrated function button of cantilever manipulator, flux recovery system & welding machines depends on welding power source brand;
   
• Ladder with protective cage installed at side of the standing column for the lifting mechanism maintenance & repair operator safety. Whole surrounding safety fence around the working platform.
