Brief introduction:

• Convetional tank roller rotator with work load limit 150t/pair(1power &1idler)
• Stationary on the ground suitable for diameter range 1000mm~6000mm

Description:

• 150t tank roller rotator is including 1power rotator, 1idler rotator, control cabinet & wire pendant controller. 
   
• Wheel is designed to 90 durable hardness with high stress PU cushion mounts to absorb shock loads and prevent gear box damage.
   
• The power rotator is driven by two sets of heavy duty AC motor. Under pedestal, there is motorized traversing trolley installed.
   
• The idler rotator has idle trolley installed under pedestal.
   
• Wire pendant controller with interlocking reversing systems. standard cable length 6m.

• Forward/stop/reverse
• Rotation speed
• Driving vehicle forward/stop/reverse
• Emergency-stop

• Tank roller rotator can adjust the center distance by reserved screw holes in order to adapt to diverse diameter of work piece.
   
• Double-motor driven, the roller driver adopt cycloidal planetary gear reducer or worm reduction gear mode.
   
• Rubber wheel coated on the wheel, increasing rotating friction, protect the workpiece surface. According to the customer’s requirements, steel wheels is optional. 
   
• It can linkage control with other equipments.
   
• The roller is mainly used for the welding,polish rubber lining and assembly of cylindrical roller shell, but also can assembly and weld together with other tooling for the cone inequality diameter rotary.
