Brief introduction:

Wind tower assemble turning roller with work load limit 100t/pair (2idler)
 

Suitable for offshore wind tower diameter 1000mm~5500mm;  

Description:

• Wind tower assemble turning roller is composed by 2piece idler rotator, hydraulic pump station, control cabinet & pendant controller. 
   
• The assemble turning roller is manily using for cylindrical body sections fitup/growing production line.  
   
• Wheel seat is liftable driven by hydraulic cylinder. Thereby it can make the wind tower sections moving on vertical and radial direction.
   
• The roller of the equipment is enclosed with high quality PU wheel,no falling of,long using span.
   
• The cylinder is independently controlled via pendant controller.

Feature:

• The pedestal of the wind tower assemble turning roller is made of welded plate,with feature of high strength to make sure no deformation in long period using span.
   
• Wheet seat of the assemble turning roller is adjustable manually. Via wheel center distance changing, it could fit for different size wind tower section.  
   
• Turning roll base & boring is integrated process,so as to guarantee the roller rotating precision.
   
• Electric system is composed of electric cabinet & remote control box.
   
• Electric control box is used to affect working craft required mechanically act by the controlling of motor make-brake.Control & protect the roller motor.
   
• Main low voltage electric elements is using brand famous product.
