Spring Casing Centralizer Introduction
The welded elastic centralizer has the characteristics of simple structure, safety and reliability, high strength, good spring performance and convenient use on site;
According to the detection of the casing centralizer inspection and research center of the Petroleum Gas Company, the righting force of the centralizer has increased by more than four times in the API standard in the case that the power is not exceeded, which has the advantages of small power and large positive force. The necessary guarantee for improving the quality of cementing can be widely used in the casing construction of vertical or inclined wells.
The structural diagram of the welded elastic centralizer is as follows. The basic components are composed of a round hoop, a single arcuate spring piece and a pin. Each type of centralizer is composed of corresponding bow springs. The material of the bow spring is 65Mn. After forming heat treatment, it meets the requirements of the Standard for Casing Centralizer. It has high strength, small deformation and reliable locking.
