Elite Automation Industrial Ltd. was established in February 2007 in Shenzhen, China. It was a specialist manufacturer of cable machinery applicators and blades at the time. It started producing standard cable industry equipment in March 2011. After laying a firm technological foundation, Elite Automation took on the task of designing non-standard / personalized equipment to meet customers' specific needs in 2013.
From applicators to standard equipment, and then from standard equipment to tailor-made equipment, we have a strong competitive edge in meeting all of our customers' needs.

| OEM Overview: | Around 40% of our products are regular products, 30% are OEM products, and the remaining 30% are ODM products. Elite Automation's product development strategy is to increase the proportion of ODM products from 30% to 60% or more, because we believe that each customer prefers our engineers to participate in their design and provide them with a range of tailor-made solutions. | Production Line: | Our production staff is divided into three levels: general employees (56 people), who are responsible for general assembly work, and engineers (15 people), who are responsible for more technically challenging tasks and debugging. A senior engineer (5 people) is in charge of all unusual work at the third level. Our monthly balance output capability varies between 600 and 800 pieces of equipment, depending on the equipment’s complexities.

| R&D: | We are persuaded that only continuous growth, creativity, and change will ensure that our goods are vigorous and easy to obtain customer’s satisfactions, so we have invested a significant amount of capital and manpower in R&D. Our R&D team currently consists of 16 members. They are all a group of young and daring equipment enthusiasts, with an average age of about 32 years old.

| Our Team: | We are persuaded that we cannot run a successful organization with only one or a few people.Collaboration and growth are essential to us.We have 158 employees at our firm, and we place a high value on employee training, career development opportunities, and a rewarding scheme. Currently, roughly 68% have more than 8 years of service, and 10% have more than 10 years of service. Following that, we will concentrate more on human resources and recruit new university graduates on a large scale to ensure the energetic of our business.

| History: | Elite Automation produced only applicators and blades in 2007. Applicators and blades are the heart of wire processing equipment. In 2011, after several years of mastering this core technology, we began to invest resources in producing a complete set of equipment. At first, we learned and imitated some standardized equipment, laying the groundwork for equipment manufacturing. We mastered the production process and the core of the equipment in 2013, and we began to engage in non-standard and customized products in order to challenge ourselves further.
Elite Automation has now mastered the fundamentals of wire processing equipment. Our future path is to explore and research with customers how to increase production performance and save costs in terms of equipment automation in order to create some tailor-made solutions and thus practice.

| Service: | In conceptual speaking, Elite Automation does not sell products; rather, we sell services. We deliver services to consumers at the outset of contact in order to meet their needs, and then we provide them with an alternative solution. Throughout the process, engineers, salespeople, and quality control representatives will meet with customers to discuss each case. Following shipping, we will have after-sales personnel to follow up on installation and commissioning. Our customer service team can meet or contact customers to gather reviews and comments. We are a service-oriented organization because we believe that the company will only prosper and expand if it provides excellent service to its customers.
