Heat high-temperature heat-resistant heat-shrinkable tube, wide diameter and long heat-shrinkable tube, double-wall heat-shrinkable tube, and heat-shrinkable tube with adhesive with the double-wall heat-shrinkable tube heater. The heating system and the conveyer work together to ensure that the heat shrinkable tube is precisely heated without damaging the wire. Suitable for mass manufacturing, continuous operation for 24 hours, the distance between the heating port and the conveyor belt can be varied in both vertical and parallel directions, and various sizes of heat shrinkable tube heating can be accommodated.
The unit is secure and durable, with double insulation and a solid machine shell that can operate in high temperatures for a long time.
The outlet has a temperature sensor that can change the temperature based on the user's needs. The temperature regulation precision is 1°C.
The unit has a time delay feature of downtime and blow drying in order to protect the heating core and extend its service life. The hair dryer can blow off for a minute after the system finishes working before it can be turned off.
The blower's air inlet is fitted with a manual air volume regulating valve, which allows the air volume to be changed to meet the needs.
It has overheating overload protection, power cut protection, emergency stop switch, and phase sequence protection, which ensures the equipment's safety, does not emit exhaust gas, and complies with environmental regulations. It can run continuously 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
This system is equipped with auxiliary conveyors and can be used to heat shrinkable tubes of any size or shape.
