Application
This equipment is suitable for the production of large cross-section, long-length steel core, aluminum stranded wire and non-back twisting system of aluminum alloy wire. It can also be used for untwisted stranding and compacting of copper, round and aluminum sector wire cores, and pre-twisted stranding and compacting of split conductors.
This equipment has good rigidity of the frame twisted structure, high operating speed, fast and convenient loading and unloading. The traction is double-active, double-supported traction device, with high strength and large traction force; the wire splitting wheel splits the wires naturally to avoid scratches during the twisting process. Wire break stop is directly controlled to each pay-off reel. When the line is disconnected, the host will automatically stop immediately. The trolley is controlled by the converter, the operation is slow-faset-slow, which means the trolley starts slowly, moves qualicy, and approaches the cage slowly. It can make the trolley running stable, reliable, and precise. Mechanical and electrical positioning.
Electrical Control System:
The synchronal control system for separate motorized strander is different from other similar strander system by other makers. It's easy to operate by setting up all parameters on the touch screen. All process parameters can be recollected. A unique pro and data collection system ensure the machine running is stable and reliable. The precision of lay length is less than 3% when emergency stop and less than 1% when normal stop of the line (Profibus communication control).
