Features:
1. This edge banding machine was designed for aluminum foil honeycomb panels, in nowadays, more and more furniture manufactory using aluminum foil honeycomb panels instead of the artificial board, so this machine was born for this function, and it also can do the edge banding for the artificial board.
2. The machine base was made with high strength structural steel plate, high strength, and stability. The surface is treated with rust prevention and high-temperature baking paint
3. Gluing unit adopts PUR gluing systems.
4. Bigger pressing wheels with air cylinder, make sure the strips are tightly attached to the panel.
5. By the PUR gluing system, a thinner glue coating was applied on the board, also the glue line is thinner.
6. Gluepot cleaning function, easy to clean the glue pot when it needs.
