Edge bander with belt pressing beam conveyor, specially designed for high-gloss panel, skin-feel panel, and acrylic edge banding. In now-days, more and more customers request very high-quality products such as high gloss panel kitchen cabinets / Fullhouse customize wardrobes/ etc. 

1. Upper gluing pot gluing system, equipped with PUR melter (U) and EVA fast melter (K) + automatic glue plastic storage and pump

(Q). One-pot for two kinds of glue: PUR and EVA fast switching.

2. Heavy-duty base: It has strong rigidity and anti-deformation ability. It is annealed and finely processed to greatly reduce frame deformation and improve the stability of operation and long-term use.

3. Belt presses material. The workpiece is stable without indentation, and the sticking effect is perfect.

4. Electric lifting press beam reduces labor intensity and improves efficiency and accuracy.

5. Six-pressing roller and scraping device: it removes excess hot melt glue from the board quickly.

6. There are rough trimming, two-profile fine trimming, and scraping. Two different thickness edges can be set, which can easily switch between thick and thin edge banding with one button to solve the trouble of knife adjustment.

7. Diamond trimming saw blade has a longer service life.

8. Two Horizontal grooving units, dedicated for the door frame.

9. Continuous reciprocating polishing can prolong the service life of the polishing cloth wheel.

10. Conveyor reducer adopts a high-efficiency harden gear motor, which is powerful.
