Applications:

The materials used in different applications are different.Membrane Press (vacuum press) is used to cover materials like MDF, particleboard, wooden board and fiberboard on furniture such as doors, kitchen cabinet and wardrobe. It covers embossed board and can cover five surfaces at the same time. Moreover, it has a thickness range from 0.20-0.50mm and width from 1260mm to 1400mm. The length of a roll is usually between 100-300m.

Wrapping profiles can cover a variety of profiles including wood, aluminum and PVC profiles for door frames, window sills or base channels. The thickness of the material is 0.12-0.18mm, the width is between 40-1260mm and the length of a roll is 300-800m.

When it comes to cold laminating, the thickness range is 0.12-0.20mm, the width is 1240-1260mm and the length of a roll can be 300-500m. This process is used for covering materials such as wood panel, steel panel and aluminum panel for use in doors and furniture.

For hot laminating, the thickness of materials range from 0.16-0.30mm, with a width of 1260mm and roll length of 200-300m. This application is used in covering PVC panel, steel panel and aluminum panel for doors and skirting.

Finally, self-adhesive usually has a thickness range from 0.10-0.20mm, 600mm/1220mm in width and 5-50m/roll in length. It can be applied to any smooth surface, such as for furniture and indoor decorations.
