Our PVC foil is primarily made from Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), a synthetic plastic material known for its durability, flexibility, and ease of processing. PVC foil is available in a wide range of colors, patterns, and textures, making it capable of mimicking the aesthetic of natural materials such as wood, stone, fabric, or metal. Not only can PVC foil adhere to a variety of surfaces, but it is also incredibly durable, making it a great choice for high-traffic locations. Additionally, it requires very little maintenance, making upkeep easy. PVC foil is also significantly more cost-effective than natural materials, making it possible to create upscale aesthetics without the expense. Manufacturers offer a wide range of styles and finishes, enabling modification for project specifications and personal design preferences. PVC foil is commonly used in residential and commercial settings for applications such as kitchen and bathroom cabinets, interior doors, wall paneling, furniture surfaces, and retail displays.
When it comes to thickness, our range is from 0.1mm to 0.5mm. The width of our products can reach 1260mm or 1400mm. Length of each roll is from 100 to 400 meters. 1. Membrane Press(vacuum press): This process is ideally suited for the application of thicknesses of 0.20-0.50mm and widths between 1260-1400mm, with lengths of 100-300m/roll. This method covers MDF, particleboard, wooden boards, fibreboard, and various other surfaces for application with doors, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes and furniture. This process covers the embossed board and allows for the coverage of up to five of its surfaces at the same time.
2. Wrapping Profiles: This process is best suited for thicknesses of 0.12-0.18mm, with widths of 40-1260mm, and lengths of 300-800m/roll. This method is can be used to cover all kinds of profiles including wooden, aluminum and PVC profile, as well as door frames, window sills, base channels and PVC ceilings.
3. Cold Laminating: This process can cover thicknesses of 0.12-0.20mm, with widths between 1240-1260mm, and lengths of 300-500m/roll. This makes this type of lamination ideal for flat panels, such as wood panels, steel panels, aluminum panels and PVC panels, for use as doors and in furniture applications.
4. Hot Laminating: The properties of hot lamination make it particularly well suited for thicknesses of 0.16-0.30mm, with widths of 1260mm and lengths of 200-300m/roll. This method best applied to PVC and aluminum panels, and can be used to create doors and skirting.
5. Self-adhesive: Self-adhesive options offer a viable solution, as they are designed for thicknesses of 0.10-0.20mm, available in widths of 600mm/ 1220mm and lengths of 5-50m/roll. This method can be applied to any smooth surface for furniture and indoor decorations.
