Steps for application:

3. Peel off the backing: Carefully peel back a few inches of the backing paper from one of the edges of the PVC film. Avoid touching the adhesive side to prevent fingerprints and dirt from sticking.

As you apply, gradually peel off more of the backing paper, smoothing the film into place as you go. Use a squeegee or credit card to help remove any air bubbles and ensure that the film is applied even.
5. Smooth out bubbles: If you notice any air bubbles trapped under the film, use the squeegee or credit card to push them out towards the edges. Work from the center outward to completely expel the bubbles.
6. Trim excess: Once the film is applied smoothly, use a utility knife or scissors to trim any excess film along the edges. Be careful when cutting to avoid damaging the surface underneath.
7. Finish and clean: Go over the entire surface with a clean cloth or sponge to ensure that the PVC film is securely adhered and free from any air bubbles or wrinkles. If you used soapy water during the application process, wipe away any excess water or soap residue.
8. Final inspection: Inspect the surface to ensure that the film is firmly in place and free from any imperfections. Be sure to lift and reapply the film if an issue arises.
