Advantage of flat die matador pellet mill
the flat die has the unique advantages bearing more pressure than ring die matador pellet mill .ring die is restricted by its diameter, its roller can not be enlarged engough, bearing room is smaller , so the assembly bearing are not strong engough to withstand pressure. especially for crude fiber biomass materails, there will be much friction between rollers and die , needs high pressure to press good pellets, so flat die matador pellet mill is more popular all over the world .
Wood sawdust pellet machine is an ideal pelletizing machine for small scale fuel pellets production at home, on the farm, in the yard or outside in the open air.The material are widely, such as straw, peanut shells, wood chips, rice husk, cotton stalk, cotton seed hull, weeds and other crops straw.The wood sawdust powder raw material is spread evenly into the space between the flat die and roller, and press into the mould hole, formed column shape pellet, the pellet will rotate along with the rotating ring die mould and will be cutted when the length of the column pellet reach to a certain value.The wood pellet production line is included wood crusher machine,screw conveyor,wood pellet machine.The capacity range is from 100kg/h to 5000kg/h.
Working principle
The mould-driven feed pellet machine is driven by a motor. The gear drives the main bearing to rotate. Along with the main bearing, the mould and the rollers will start to rotate. When the powdery material is fed into the machine, it will get squeezed by the rollers and the mould. Finally, finished feed pellets will come out through the holes in the mould.
