The pellet machine contains two sets of lubricating system, grease pump and circulating lubricating oil pump. The grease pump mainly lubricates two rollers in the pellet machine, while the circulating lubricating oil pump lubricates the pellet machine main shaft bearings and gearbox, as well as the material dial part. The gear box lubrication pump is equipped with flow detection and over-pressure protection to effectively prevent equipment failures due to poor lubrication. It also comes with a cooling fan to cool down the lubricating oil without stopping the machine, ensuring long-term operation.

There are two types of die, one made of alloy steel and the other made of stainless steel material. It is quenched in a vacuum furnace and has a uniform hardness, no breakage, and super wear-resistance.
