Ⅰ Product description
This industrial jacketed cooking kettle adopts a stainless steel pot body formed by one stamping to ensure the smoothness of the inside of the pot body. There are three heating methods: steam heating, gas heating and electric heating. The mixing method adopts special planetary agitation to make the agitator fully contact with the pot body, ensuring that the stirring has no dead angle and uniform non-stick.
The perfect combination of frequency converter and cycloidal pinwheel reducer and tilting transmission increases the transmission torque. The stirring speed can be adjusted freely in the speed range, and the hydraulic lifting can save time and effort.
Planetary mixing Jacketed kettle are widely used in the processing of foods such as candy, pharmaceuticals, dairy products, wines, cakes, preserves, beverages, canned foods, lo mei, etc., and can also be used in large restaurants or canteen soups, cooking dishes, stews, porridge, etc. It is also favored by the processing industry such as stuffing sauce production, meat products, and condiment industry. The mixing system adopts the combination of rotation and revolution, and the transmission ratio is not the integer transmission ratio, ensuring that there is no blind spot in the pot. The advanced transmission and sealing structure makes the transmission part and the pot clean and hygienic. The automatic/hydraulic type of this series of equipment uses hydraulic thrust to make the stirring arm reverse, free of disassembly and assembly of the mixer, and then use hydraulic thrust to tilt the pot body, easy to enter and exit the raw material to save manpower, and use the stepless frequency converter to mix high viscosity products.
