Hot filling is the filling temperature above 85 ℃. This temperature has low requirements for filling machine and filling room, but the beverage bottle needs high temperature resistance and high cost. For products that contain heat sensitive substances and are affected by high temperature nutrition and taste, it is not always hot filling. Cold filling or medium temperature filling must be used, but the filling machine is very expensive. At present, hot filling is mostly used in China.

Beverage hot filling is generally used in the production line of concentrated reduced juice. This kind of juice is made of concentrated juice or fruit powder, mixed with syrup and beverage additives, pasteurized (85-100 ℃) for about 30 minutes, and then filled. This kind of juice beverage has a long shelf life, usually about one year.

According to the filling principle, the whole set of fruit juice filling equipment can be divided into normal pressure filling machine, pressure filling machine and vacuum filling machine.

Atmospheric pressure filling machine is under atmospheric pressure by the weight of liquid filling. This kind of filling machine can be divided into timing filling and constant volume filling, which is only suitable for filling low viscosity liquid without gas, such as milk, wine and so on.

The pressure filling machine can be divided into two types: one is that the pressure in the liquid storage cylinder is equal to the pressure in the bottle, and the liquid flows into the bottle by its own weight, which is called equal pressure filling; The other is that the pressure in the cylinder is higher than that in the bottle, and the liquid flows into the bottle by the pressure difference. This method is often used in high-speed production lines. Pressure filling machine is suitable for filling liquid containing gas, such as beer, soda, champagne, etc.

Vacuum filling machine is used to fill the bottle under the pressure lower than the atmospheric pressure. This kind of filling machine has the advantages of simple structure, high efficiency and wide adaptability to the viscosity of materials, such as oil, syrup, fruit wine, etc.

Process of juice beverage filling machine: the boxes with empty bottles are stacked on the pallets and sent to the tray unloader by the conveyor belt. The pallets are unloaded one by one. The boxes are sent to the box unloader along with the conveyor belt, and the empty bottles are taken out from the boxes. The empty boxes are sent to the washing machine by the conveyor belt, cleaned, and then transported to the side of the packing machine, so as to load the bottles with drinks. The empty bottles taken out from the unloading machine are sent to the bottle washing machine by another conveyor belt for disinfection and cleaning. After being inspected by the bottle inspection machine and meeting the cleaning standards, they enter the filling machine and capping machine. The beverage is bottled by filling machine. The bottles filled with drinks are sealed by the capping machine and transported to the labeling machine for labeling. After labeling, the bottles are sent to the packing machine for loading into the box, and then sent to the palletizer for stacking on the pallet and sent to the warehouse.
