Stainless Steel AISI304 and AISI316 Twilled Dutch Weave Wire Mesh
Twilled Dutch Weave offers even more strength than Plain Dutch Weave wire cloth. Twilled Dutch Weave actually combines the Dutch Weave and Twilled Weave process to produce a super fine wire mesh filtering cloth which is created by passing weft wires over and under two warp wires. During this process, the mesh can pack a bigger volume of wires into given area, resulting to finer mesh counts and lower flowing rate than normal Dutch Weaves.
Twilled Dutch Weave is very suitable for filtering materials as small as two microns in size, making it well-suited for various liquid and gas applications, especailly for chemical industry and petroleum industry.
