Product Description
ICS Triplex released AADvance, a next-generation critical control solution, to the global market in 2008, following the introduction of Regent systems in 1986 and Trusred systems in 1998.
TRUSTED ICS is a system based on a triplex processor, in which all important circuits are redundant. TRUSTED ICS ensures that programs are executed correctly even in the state of internal failure. All modules in the system can be hot replaced online. This design allows TRUSTED? ICS systems can remain almost 100% online.
TRUSTED ICS is used to deal with a variety of complex and dangerous production process control in real time, accept field signals, execute logic operations, PID and other control procedures, output control signals, drive the field execution unit.
TRUSTED ICS applications are programmed using IEC 1131 TOOLSET software.
AADvance is first and foremost a critical control system that takes into account decades of ICS Triplex TM2 technology and allows for multi-level safety control and unit control requirements. On the triplex bus architecture, the processor module and I/O module can be built arbitrarily from single, double and triple, so as to achieve multiple choices from fail-safety to fault tolerance, from small scale to large scale system count, from distributed to centralized structure, and from SIL1 to SIL3 security levels
