In the production process of semi-finished and finished power transformers, before the newly installed transformer is put into operation and according to the preventive test regulations of the Ministry of Electric Power, it is required to test the turns ratio or voltage ratio of the operating transformer, and the transformer turns ratio can be checked. The correctness, the condition of the tap changer, whether the transformer is short-circuited between turns, whether the transformer can be operated in parallel. The reading of the traditional ratio bridge is not intuitive, and the conversion can only be carried out phase by phase.

This transformation ratio tester overcomes the shortcomings of traditional transformation ratio bridge testing. It is easy and intuitive to operate. It adopts three-phase precision inverter power supply, which has fast testing and high accuracy.




 

1. The instrument uses a three-phase precision inverter power supply instead of a single-phase mains power supply as the measurement voltage, which eliminates the harmonic influence of the mains voltage during measurement and makes the measurement more accurate. When the working power source is a generator, it has no effect.

2. Adopt three-phase output voltage, improve the test speed, measure the angle between phases, and automatically identify the transformer wiring group 0-11.

3. It is suitable for a wide variety of transformers, especially for the measurement of Z-type transformers, rectifier transformers, ground transformers, electric furnace transformers, phase-shift transformers, balance transformers, etc. The measurement parameters are the most comprehensive.

4. The self-made precision three-phase inverter power supply is adopted, which has high and low voltage reverse connection protection, transformer inter-turn short circuit protection, tap switch not in place protection, output full short circuit protection, and increases the stability of the instrument.

5. After inputting the rated parameters, the transformer ratio, error value and tap position of the tap changer can be automatically measured, especially for the tap changer with asymmetrical taps, the exact position of the transformer tap changer can also be accurately measured. A tap changer capable of measuring 99 tap points.

6. Using 7-inch high-definition color touch screen LCD, modular display, each operation step has Chinese prompts, no need for manuals, just look at the LCD prompts to complete the instrument operation.

7. The instrument has both print output, U disk interface, and RS232 interface, which is convenient for paperless office.

Panel introduction


(1). Display screen: 7-inch high-definition color touch screen LCD, digital adjustment backlight, display operation menu and test results.
(2). High voltage terminal: connect the yellow, green, red and black terminals of the test line, and connect the three phases a, B, C and O on the high voltage side of the tested transformer.

Test interface
After the instrument is started, the startup interface is displayed as shown in Figure There are six function options in the startup interface, including six function options: [three-phase measurement], [single-phase measurement], [Z-type transformer], [time setting], [data query] and [system setting]. Click any function key to enter the setting.

Click [three-phase measurement] to enter the three-phase measurement interface. The text box can pop up the above input keyboard, and you can enter special values. The standard values can be changed by pressing the button on the right;

The setting methods of single-phase measurement, Z-type transformer and three-phase measurement are basically the same and will not be repeated;
