The XHBX1501 transformer winding deformation tester (frequency response method) is used to test power transformers of 6KV and above and other special purpose transformers.
XHBX1501 transformer winding deformation tester uses the frequency response analysis method to measure the winding deformation of the transformer according to the national power industry standard DL/T911-2004. It is to detect the amplitude-frequency response characteristics of each winding of the transformer and compare the detection results vertically or horizontally. The degree of change in the amplitude-frequency response characteristic determines the deformation that may occur in the transformer winding.
The XHBX1501 transformer winding deformation tester (frequency response method) consists of a measurement part and an analysis software part. The measurement part is a black box composed of signal generation and signal measurement. The analysis part is completed by a notebook computer, and the measurement part is connected to the notebook computer via USB or network.

Main Technical Parameters 1. Test host and PC port: USB or network. 2. Signal source: The instrument has a channel signal output as the excitation signal of the sweep frequency; the signal output is a standard sine wave, the signal output amplitude can be adjusted by software, the maximum amplitude is ±10V, and the signal output impedance is 50Ω. 3. Two acquisition channels, one to acquire the excitation signal and one to collect the response signal for calculating the transfer function. 4. The excitation channel is measured as a fixed range: ±10V; the response channel has multiple ranges, and the range is automatically adjusted during the measurement process. The maximum input signal is ±25V. 5. Acquisition channel quantization accuracy: 12 bits. 6. Maximum static error of the acquisition channel: 0.5%. 7. Maximum storage capacity per channel: 64K samples. 8. The highest sampling rate per channel: 20Msps. 9. Input impedance of the acquisition channel: 1MΩ. 10. Sweep test range: 10Hz-10MHz. 11. Scanning method: Sweep measurement method with linear distribution or logarithmic distribution. 12. Scanning frequency accuracy: The frequency accuracy of the signal source output sinusoidal signal is not more than 0.01%. 13. Sweep test frequency: fixed mode or user-defined. 14. Meet national power industry standards: DL/T911-2004.
