Description:
FXZ-160A Capping Machine is making up with cap sorter, cap falling rail, bottle-tightening structure and screwing wheels. By the tightening of the belts, the bottles finish the movement of cap scratch, push and twist off. It applies to the thread capping of round and flat bottles plastic lids. This capping machine is with easy structure and adjustment. When changing the bottle type, you do not need to change the spare part, only adjustment is enough. This machine is equipped with SUS304 environmental cover, conform to different industry environment standard.
Features:
1.This machine applies and torques caps onto containers.
2.It’s suitable for various material and figure Containers. Such as plastic bottles, glass bottles, and metal bottles.
3.If we want to change different figure bottles and caps for tightening, we don't need instead any components. we just adjust the position of several components.
4.No caps down when no bottle in the seat.
Sorter Selections machine, conveyor machine, cap tightening machine, bottle clamping strap can be conversion adjusted to meet the tightening requirements for various bottles and caps.
5.The machine good type stainless steel, also applied to GMP standard requirement. (Custom-tailoring diversified for special specification)
Details:
1. The whole machine uses Schneider brand which can make sure the stability of the machine.
2. A cap sensor is installed in the cap sender. When there is not enough cap, the elevator will start working to make sure providing caps.

7. Intelligent blow back lid system
