Due to lack of workers and large processing equipment, it is hard to make good quality wire and cable machines. And Mr. Cheng had deeply understood that quality is life, so he made up his mind to improve the quality. In the following these years, almost 80% revenues is used for research and development. Now we have more than 10000 aquare meters factory, production workshop 8000 square meters.

Laying up Machine
The laying up machine is used for making various multi-core rubber cables, plastic power cables, XLPE cables (crosslinked cables), telephone cables, signal cables, control cables and armoured cables with various cross-sections. Laying up machine is designed with 1+1+3 or 3+3 Bibbin Cage. Bobbin: 800mm, 1000mm, 1250mm, 1400mm, 1600mm DIN 46395 Standard / Modified
Tubular Stranding Machine
The tubular stranding machine is used for manufacturing high carbon & low carbon steel wire rope, copper & aluminium conductor, multi-core cable. High speed stranding with back twist, for copper / aluminium round & compact conductors, steel wire stranding and multi-core cable. Tubular stranding machine is designed with 1+6, 1+8, 1+10, 1+12, 1+18, 1+24 Bibbin Cage. Bobbin: 200mm, 250mm, 315mm, 400mm, 500mm, 630mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1250mm DIN 46395 & DIN 46397 Standard / Modified.
