Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive? A: For sample or small quantity order, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or your appointed shipping agent. It normally takes 5-10 days to arrive. For container order, always ship by sea, time of transit depends your destination.

Q7. How to deal with defective? A: First, All of our products are produced strictly under quality controland hold the defective rate less than 0.3%. Second, we will provide 1% key component spare parts for eachorder. At the same time, for batch quantity defectives. We can repair forthem or we can discuss the best solution to you.
