Applications:

This powerful heavy duty core sander is applicable mainly for calibrating core of plywood, multilayer board, blockboard, etc. This machine has big motor power and big steel contact roller. It is very easy to remove large volume of material to make the panel flat enough but not smooth enough. So it is ONLY used for rough sanding with rough sandpaper. (40/60/80/120 grit sanding paper can be used in this sander.

Advantages:

• The main frame of the sanding machine is welded into integral-box structure, which ensures high rigidity and operational stability. This also guarantees the long service life of the core sander.
• The position of sanding roller is installed angularly, i.e., there is a horizontal angle between the contact roller and the plywood feeding direction. This special structure greatly improves the evenness of the work piece. It is easy to solve the overlap problem and the uneven problem of plywood. Besides, it can save about 20% power.
  
• The steel contact roller provides good thickness calibration performance. And its large diameter allows the sand belt to be used for longer time.
• The precise dynamic balance test of the contact roller, feeding rollers, pinch rollers and tension roller makes the sanding result more precise.
• Our sanding machine adopts high-class brand frequency converter for its feeding system, thus ensuring high efficiency and stability of feeding.
• Feeding system with feeding rollers and conveyor belt makes the feeding more stable and the sanding result more precise.

• The feeding table can be adjusted up and down according to different sanding requirement.
• Comprehensive control panel with advanced triggering computer terminal and all-sided real-time data display makes the operation easy and clear.
• Core sander with electronic pneumatic abrasive belt oscillation system to control the abrasive belt move safely and stably around the contact roller.
• Core sander with electronic pneumatic abrasive belt tension system to make the belt work within a safe tension.
• Core sander with protection against the sanding belt running off.
• Core sander with automatic brake device on the sanding unit.
• Core sander with electronic pneumatic conveyer belt oscillation system to make the belt work within a safe tension.
