Applications:

This powerful heavy duty sander is applicable ONLY for thickness calibration of plywood, multilayer board, blockboard, shaving board, MDF, etc. This core sander has big motor power and big steel contact roller. It is very easy to remove large volume of material to make the panel be flat enough but not smooth enough. So it is ONLY used for rough sanding with rough sandpaper. (40/60/80/120 grit sanding paper can be used in this sander.)

Advantages:

• The main frame of the plywood sanding machine is welded into integral-box structure, which ensures high rigidity and operational stability. This also guarantees the long service life of the machine.
• The position of sanding roller is installed angularly, i.e., there is a horizontal angle between the contact roller and the plywood feeding direction. This special structure greatly improves the evenness of the plywood. It is easy to solve the overlap problem and the uneven problem of plywood. Besides, it can save about 20% power.
  
• The steel contact roller of sander provides good thickness calibration performance. And its large diameter allows the sand belt to be used for longer time.
